Kangana ranaut spotted in Bandra with obvious changes in her appearance which shouts lip job and not a very good one. If she ever needed a surgery it was for ahem ahem, not for her lips which were perfect earlier and now she has ruined it with this stupid surgery which she didn’t need in a first place
